Hand harvested in late autumn, the grapes were gently crushed and fermented in two tonne open fermenters.

Sweet, subtle spice with highlights of blueberry, blackberry and raspberry jump out on the nose. These notes continue on the palate where they are met with plum and darker spice. Fine tannins and good acidity lead to a long and lingering finish.
