Sashiko wines are light, fresh and tasty. Like the colourful labels, they are fun and playful. The word Sashiko, literally meaning “little pierce”, is a form of decorative reinforcement stitching dating back to the Edo era in Japan. Sashiko is a time-honoured hand craft, much like wine making is. Each bottle of Sashiko wine is hand crafted for you to enjoy.
Contour
Contour is our premium range of wines and represents the very best of what we do at Sew & Sew. Each wine comes from a single vineyard and is a true reflection of the varietal, terroir and vintage it comes from. Our Contour wines take their name from the contours of the individual vineyards they come from, represented on the labels of each of the Contour wines.
