Sew & Sew were delighted to be invited to provide the wines for a very special dinner held in the Member’s Hall at Australian Parliament house in Canberra in March 2022.

The menu, crafted by Head Chef David Learmonth, was a showcase of Australia’s finest produce sourced from all corners of the country.

Sew & Sew wines were matched to the six course degustation which was enjoyed by 120 eager dinners sitting amongst the portraits of the Member’s Hall.

Karen Quinlan, Director of the National Portrait Gallery was the key note speaker and spoke rousingly about the importance of portraiture to the identity of a nation.
